NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Wangaratta Club Inc. will be held at the Club premises,

4 Victoria Parade on Wednesday 28th October 2026 at 7:30pm

 

BUSINESS:

To confirm the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on the 26th November 2025

 

To receive from the committee the 117th Annual Report.

Election of 6 vacant positions for the Committee of Management for the forthcoming Financial Year. Any current financial member for at least 2 years as at 30th June 2026 is eligible to Nominate.

 

Nomination forms are available from the Club Manager and must be completed and returned to the Manager, for posting upon the notice board in the Members Room, at least 14 days prior to the AGM.

 

If insufficient nominations are received prior to the AGM, the candidates nominated shall be deemed elected.

 

To appoint an Auditor for the year ending 30th June 2027 Crowe Horwath the retiring Auditors are eligible for reappointment.

 

Transact any business related to the Club which may be brought forward in accordance with the Club Rules.

 

NOTE: Members are advised that a copy of the 2024/2025 ANNUAL REPORT will be available for perusal at the Club prior to the AGM.

 

All Current Financial Members are urged to attend.
